The Company

I have been exclusively retained by one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Gold Partners who have been fortunate enough to win partner of the year in 2019-2019, often in more than one category. Even though they work internationally with their other offices in both Europe and the US, they still retain a very family feel to their UK operations which has resulted in an industry low attrition rate of 8% YOY, meaning once you join you’ll most probably want to stay! Despite the economic challenges in the ERP space, they have continued to win work and are taking on both permanent and contract staff.

The role

Due to them having a surplus of work compared to their current billable team, you will get a large say in which projects you get assigned to and they play in the £5-10 million space, so there is scope for ample career development. Aside from the usual day-to-day PM role, you will have the opportunity go get involved in strategy and mentoring of more junior PMs as well as helping to define best practise within the department. In terms of career progression, you would some in at Project Manager level and will have a very clearly defined career path with mutually agreed steps to reach to get to Senior Project Manager or even Programme Manager level – a rare opportunity in the UK Gold Partner space.
