Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-sales and initial planning stages through to successful delivery and post-implementation support.
2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Efficiently communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and understanding across all parties.
3. Team Coordination: Work closely with functional and technical teams to facilitate the successful execution of project plans. Provide direction, support, and leadership, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and objectives are met to the highest standard.
4. Risk Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues. Implement effective solutions and preventative measures to mitigate potential impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality by ensuring that all project deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to company and industry best practices.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies and delivery processes. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features and updates to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules and capabilities.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including integrations with other Microsoft products, is beneficial.
