Job Description:
We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner in Europe seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Lead Consultant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a strategic role ideal for a senior functional consultant who thrives on delivering enterprise-level solutions and guiding clients through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O for clients across diverse industries

• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals

• Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX) implementations

• Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain business processes

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or consultancy is a plus

• Willingness to travel across Europe when needed (minimal)
