About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to join our retail client's in-house development team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to support our client's growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development and a keen understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and integrations for Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, C#, and other Microsoft development technologies.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
• Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and patches.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features and industry best practices, and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of development work, and ensure adherence to established development standards and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including development of customizations and integrations.
• Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and other Microsoft development technologies.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Retail.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS (Life Cycle Services), and Power Platform is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
