We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Lead to join our team and play a critical role in driving our supply chain operations to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) system.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain inefficiencies, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
  3. Driving end-to-end process integration and optimization, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  4. Providing expert guidance on Dynamics 365 SCM best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Developing and delivering training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the Dynamics 365 SCM system.
  6. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
  7. Actively participating in change management initiatives to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the organisation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Lead, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and related technologies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  4. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels within the organisation.
  6. A results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value to the business.
