The F&O Architect is by far the most integral role and the right person needs to have several years of Dynamics AX / D365 F&O experience, both Partner and End User side, and also be more than comfortable being the person in charge of the entire solution across 120+ countries.

C-level influence will be easy for the right candidate and the success of the programme will depend not just on your Dynamics 365 functional expertise, but also on your people and team management skills.
