Description
Our well-established manufacturing client is seeking a highly-skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Dynamics 365 solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business processes and workflows, providing technical guidance and expertise on Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Manage the Dynamics 365 development team, mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 updates and new features, providing recommendations on the adoption of relevant functionalities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, in line with industry standards.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, including a strong understanding of the Manufacturing module.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects.
- Excellent knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect, are highly desirable.
