Key Responsibilities:
As a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain inefficiencies, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
- Driving end-to-end process integration and optimization, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Providing expert guidance on Dynamics 365 SCM best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Developing and delivering training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the Dynamics 365 SCM system.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Actively participating in change management initiatives to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Lead, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels within the organisation.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value to the business.
