We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Lead to join our manufacturing client in the UK. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development efforts for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support
• Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development and implementation
• Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 F&O development, including X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience leading and managing technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants and business stakeholders
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
