Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to join our team at a prestigious Gold Partner client in the UK. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) projects, delivering solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing all aspects of the project.
2. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their objectives are met through the effective implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of technical and functional consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Solution Delivery: Oversee the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring they meet the project requirements and adhere to best practices.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to high standards.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a project manager in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities and business processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
