The company / The role:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initiation to completion within time, cost, and quality constraints.
2. Work closely with stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
3. Coordinate and direct project staff, providing guidance and motivation as necessary.
4. Prepare and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks, including the development of contingency plans.
5. Maintain effective communication with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.
6. Provide direction and support to the project team and manage conflicts within the group.
7. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
8. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in delivering Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a solid understanding of project management principles and frameworks.
4. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
5. Excellent client-facing communication skills.
6. PRINCE2 or PMP certification would be advantageous.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset.
