- Lead the implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions for a diverse range of clients.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and provide guidance on best practices, streamlining operations, and driving efficiency.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet clients' unique requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and internal teams.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the implemented solution.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions and recommendations.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, such as conducting demos, preparing proposals, and assisting with solution design.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for a non-technical audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330) is highly desirable.
- A willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
