Our client, a leading retail organization in the UK, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance Lead to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving their digital transformation journey and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to identify business requirements, design solutions, and optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance features and functionalities, providing expert guidance and best practices to the organization.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of the Dynamics 365 Finance solution.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a customer-centric approach and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is highly desirable.
