Role Overview: As a Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead a team of functional and technical consultants, fostering collaboration, communication, and a positive team environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships by providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project quality by adhering to best practices, industry standards, and company guidelines.
• Drive the resolution of project-related issues and challenges, making timely decisions to keep the project on track.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and ensure successful deployment and transition to the client.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and end-users, providing training and support as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience interacting with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O modules and functionalities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Prior experience working for a Microsoft Gold Partner or within the Microsoft ecosystem is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
